You’ll find SUSU lettings on the University of Southampton Highfield campus within the heart of the student union. Thanks to our prime location we have unrivalled access to 23,000 students, giving us a unique opportunity to market our properties before they look to high street agents.
SUSU lettings currently have a variety of student properties to let, with this number slightly increasing as the year progresses. We work with 20/21 landlords, offering a diverse array of properties ranging from a studio flat to an 8 bedroom house.
Whilst we don’t offer short-term contracts, with the majority of contracts lasting 12 months, we do occasionally offer 10 month contracts for those of you going home over summer!
